Abstract

본 연구는 간호대학생의 좋은 수업 경험과 문제해결능력과의 관계에서 자기조절학습능력의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 자기조절학습능력은 좋은 수업의 중요도 및 만족도와 문제해결능력 간 부분 매개효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 향상시키는데 있어 좋은 수업을 경험할 수 있고 자기조절학습능력을 배가할 수 있는 교육환경을 구축하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 지역과 학교환경을 다양화하여 간호대학생의 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 설명함에 있어 학년은 선행연구 간 불일치하였으므로 학년 간 문제해결능력의 차이를 살펴보는 추후 연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 간호교육 효과성을 극대화할 수 있는 좋은 수업에 대한 정교한 기준을 합의하기 위한 정책연구를 제언한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of self-regulated learning ability on the relationship between experiencing a good class and problem solving ability in nursing college students.
Methods: A structured self-report questionnaire was used to measure experiencing a good class, self-regulated learning ability, and problem solving ability. During June, 2019, data were collected from 130 nursing students in D city. Data were analyzed using t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple linear regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0.
Results: Importance of good class (r=.50, p<.001), satisfaction of good class (r=.42, p<.001), and self-regulated learning ability (r=.71, p<.001) were positively correlated with the problem solving ability of participants. Also, self-regulated learning ability had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between experiencing a good class and problem solving ability.
Conclusion: Considering the findings of this study, developing programs that can improve the self-regulated learning ability of nursing students who experience a good class are needed to increase their level of problem solving ability.
